Our Flagship website CareerCross, provides an online recruitment job site focusing on English and Japanese speaking careers. With our deep understanding of this highly important but very niche market sector combined with state of the art technology, pro-active marketing, and top level service, we have firmly established ourselves as the leader of the online bilingual recruitment marketplace in Japan.

Based on the interests of “CareerCross” users, we then founded “eBenkyo”: a fast paced and innovative “webzine” for Japanese interested in English learning, vocational qualifications and the international lifestyle. Our English language website “Focus Japan” is targeted at non-native Japanese people living, working or doing business in Japan and “Fitness JP” provides information in English on the myriad of sports clubs, athletic events and sports communities in Japan.

Our staff are a mixture of both Japanese and foreign professionals from across the globe, with wide ranging but relevant experience. We harness this diverse wealth of knowledge to continually develop new and innovative solutions to fulfill our customer's needs.
