Privacy Policy of the International CareerCross Forum

C.C. Consulting Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "C.C. Consulting" or "we") shall pay full attention to handling Personal Information of users of the International CareerCross Forum (hereinafter referred to as "CareerCross Forum") and comply with the Personal Information protection law and other relevant laws and regulations of Japan.

1. Definition of Personal Information
CareerCross Forum defines "Personal Information" as information with which a person can be identified. It includes names, birthdates, postal and email addresses, educational and employment backgrounds, English and Japanese language levels, current salaries, business contact information other relevant descriptions, and individually assigned numbers which can identify the person.
* Even if the information above cannot identify individuals on its own but can reveal them in combination with other information, we shall define it as Personal Information.

2. Management and Protection of Personal Information
C.C. Consulting shall establish a Personal Information management and protection system, and adapt a corporate regulation in regards to the collection and use of Personal Information. We shall also continuously formulate and implement measures for protection of Personal Information to avoid risks of loss, damages, leakage or alteration of it-both organizationally and technologically-and strive to maintain the security and the accuracy of Personal Information.

3. Purpose of Use and Collection
All Personal Information shall be collected through either the registration form on the CareerCross Forum web site, or the entry sheet filled in at the CareerCross Forum. The act of registration shall be performed at each user's free will. CareerCross Forum will use collected Personal Information as required for the following purposes:
(1) Contact for service provision and identification.
(2) Delivery of member applications to exhibiting companies.
(3) Delivery of requests for questionnaire or other monitoring activity, and of notification of any prize winnings.
(4) Analysis and collection of data on the CareerCross Forum visitors' attributes for statistical purposes.
(5) Provision of important notifications or other useful information for members via email, etc.
* We reserve the right to use unidentifiable information gathered by interviews and/or other statistical data of the CareerCross Forum on its web site.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
C.C. Consulting will not provide Personal Information to any third party without first obtaining consent of the individual, unless one of the following instances applies:
(1) Personal Information is required by laws, regulations or ordinances.
(2) Personal Information is required to protect human life, bodily safety or property and where it is difficult to obtain prior consent from the individual.
(3) Personal Information is requested by departments of national government or municipal governments or their delegated entities in the course of discharging their business prescribed under the laws, regulations or ordinances and where discharge of their business would be made difficult if they were to be required to obtain consent of the individual.
(4) If convenient to outsource all or part of the processing or handling of Personal Information, to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use stipulated in this Privacy Policy.
(5) In cases where the description of the respective types of services provides that Personal Information may be provided to a third party.

5. Shared Use and Provisions
C.C. Consulting may partner with another party to provide specific services. In such instances, we will share names, or other contact information necessary for the third party to provide these services. Those parties shall not be allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

6. Links to Other Web Sites
The web site of CareerCross Forum may contain several links to other web sites. C.C. Consulting shall not take responsibilities for those other web sites and their Privacy Policy may differ from ours. We strongly recommend reading this Privacy Policy before you start using the CareerCross Forum web site. This Privacy Policy shall be adapted to the Personal Information gathered through CareerCross Forum.

7. Contact Information.
All members shall be able to refer to, edit, add, delete and halt their own registered information via the CareerCross Forum web site. Any comments, requests or complaints with respect to the collection, use, processing, or handling of Personal Information or security and control measures of Personal Information by C.C. Consulting should be directed, by email, to the contact specified below. C.C. Consulting will respond to such comments, request and complaints, etc. after reviewing their content.
